Newsletter October 2025 - Ordinance No. 350-A/2025/1

On 9 October 2025, Ordinance No. 350-A/2025/1 was published, concerning ‘the electronic processing of cases pending before the courts, administrative and tax courts and the Public Prosecutor's Office’.

There is now uniform regulation of electronic processing for judicial and administrative-tax proceedings, putting an end to the duplication of regimes and electronic platforms (CITIUS and SITAF) depending on whether the proceedings were being conducted in the courts, administrative and tax courts (and also in the Public Prosecutor's Office).

As a result, in particular, of the provisions of Article 40(1) of the Ordinance, with its entry into force, the regulations resulting from Ordinances No. 280/2013 of 26 August and No. 380/2017, of 19 December, relating, respectively, to proceedings in the courts of ordinary and administrative jurisdiction are revoked.
