Workshop: "Litigating Climate Change in International Courts: a comparative lens"

FALM’s Lawyer Margarida Vidal Sampaio is responsible for the executive coordination of the Workshop "Litigating Climate Change in International Courts: A Comparative Lens", organised by the Lisbon Public Law Research Centre and the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences, both of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, which will take place on 25 October at the Faculty's premises and online.

This workshop will promote a transversal discussion between speakers and the public, offering a comparative view, with a special focus on the International Court of Justice, the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union. Each panel includes experts with different experiences and perspectives.
